Start the test →What kind of test is this?
This is a fluid reasoning test. Fluid reasoning is the ability to solve new problems, discover rules and think abstractly, independent of what you have learned at school. Every question is a picture (or a sequence of pictures) that follows a hidden rule. Your job is to find the rule and choose the answer that fits.
The formats follow the tasks used in well-known psychometric tests: Raven’s Progressive Matrices, the Cattell Culture Fair Test and the fluid-reasoning subtests of the Wechsler scales, plus the spatial classics mental rotation and paper folding. All items are original and generated for this test, they are not copies of any published test.

The 20 questions are balanced: 4 from each of the 5 difficulty levels, shown from easiest to hardest.
- 3
Choose one answer per question, then press Next. Keys 1–5 and Enter work too. No time limit, no penalty for guessing.
- 4
At the end you get your estimated IQ, percentile, a breakdown by question type and a review of your answers.
How the score is calculated
Harder questions are worth more points (level 1 = 1 point … level 5 = 5 points). Your weighted score is converted to an IQ estimate on the usual scale (average 100, standard deviation 15), reported between 70 and 145.
